SEO Service Terms

AMI SEO Services are based on an predetermined hourly rate.  We require a minimum budget of 5 hrs per month for a period of 6 months. A deposit equal to the first months fee will be secured prior to start of the campaign. Each month after that payment is due on the first of the month via credit card or check. Payment must be received prior to work beginning for any given month. Any additional fees or expenses incurred through third party services will be paid by client and usually require credit card payment. Such fees will be submitted for authorization by client prior to being implemented.

All time is used each month and will not carry over to the next month. If additional time is required to complete a given task we will stop production until the following month and subtract the time from that months’ prepaid time or we will submit request for authorization of additional billing time prior to continuing. Any addtional billing time is due at the first of the next month along with the next months standard rate.

All time is tracked and recorded and reports are available upon request.
